This appeal arises out of a worker's compensation case. Plaintiff, Clyde Bradley, Sr. ("Bradley"), asserts that the hearing officer erred in awarding rehabilitation pursuant to LSA-R.S. 23:1226 as amended in 1989, failing to reinstate in full his temporary total disability benefits from the date they were stopped through the conclusion of an appropriate rehabilitation program and failing to award interest, penalties
