This action is one for the partition of land owned by two sisters, plaintiff-appellant, Julia O. Clayton, and defendant-appellee, Eva D. Allen, as tenants in common by virtue of inheritance from their parents. The parties do not dispute the actual partition of the land but only the award of attorney fees pursuant to section 17-125 of the Code of Civil Procedure. (Ill. Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 110, par. 17-125.)
