Haddad, was charged with knowingly possessing one Intratec TEC-9, 9 millimeter, semi-automatic pistol, having previously been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year. The gun had been found on March 14, 1991, in the defendant's apartment during the execution of a search warrant. The defendant entered a not guilty plea to the charge...
