In her first assignment of error, defendant contends that the court erred in failing to grant defendant's motion for a directed verdict at the close of plaintiffs' evidence and ultimately entering judgment against defendant after failing to join a necessary party. The defendant asserts that plaintiffs' corporation is a necessary party to this case and no valid judgment could be entered against defendant arising out of a contract between the defendant...
