OPINION

COMPTON, Justice.

The superior court held that a financial agreement Thomas Keffer and Gypsy Keffer entered into when they petitioned to dissolve their marriage provided for permanent spousal support, terminable only on Gypsy's death or remarriage. The court rejected Thomas' argument that his obligation to pay support terminated upon his retirement. Thomas appeals the superior court's decision to award Gypsy continuing spousal support until her death...
