Defendant appeals from his conviction of the offense of buying timber while his license was revoked. (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 111, par. 713.) Defendant raises three issues on appeal, but due to our ruling, we discuss only the first issue raised: Whether the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion for substitution of judge.
