It was clearly established that Robert Mueller was petitioner's employee and that he was vested with managerial authority over the bouncers on petitioner's premises. His conduct could therefore be imputed to petitioner in determining whether there was a violation of Alcoholic Beverage Control Law § 106 (6) (see, Stonehedge Pub v State Liq. Auth., 118 A.D.2d 559).
