On September 27, 1993, the trial court found relator, Paul Edward Delcourt, in contempt of its September 10, 1992 agreed temporary order (the order), and ordered him committed to the Harris County jail for 50 days. Relator petitioned this Court for a writ of habeas corpus to secure his discharge from custody under the September 27, 1993 order. We released him on bond pending our hearing of his petition.
