After trial on three delinquency complaints, a jury in the Boston Juvenile Court returned verdicts finding the juvenile delinquent by reason of armed robbery, aggravated rape and murder in the first degree. A subsequent "Motion to Vacate the Verdicts and For a New Trial" filed by the juvenile was denied by the Juvenile Court judge who presided at the trial.
