Plaintiffs, John and Susan Richmeyer, sued Sugar Creek Builders, Inc. for breach of contract. The parties consented to a judgment in favor of plaintiffs against Sugar Creek Builders, Inc. for $14,774.80. That judgment is not at issue in this appeal. In separate counts, plaintiffs also sued Samuel and Larry Thompson for conversion, and Larry Thompson for fraud. The claims were tried to the court.
