Appellant, Brian Braun, has appealed his conviction of operating while intoxicated in violation of Iowa Code section 321J.2 (1991). Braun argues that three errors were committed at trial: (1) the trial court improperly admitted into evidence the results of an Intoxilyzer breath test because the State failed to establish that the arresting officer had reasonable grounds to believe the defendant was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in violation...
