PER CURIAM.

The appellee confesses error in the trial court's order reducing a burglary charge without the state's consent. We therefore reverse the convictions and sentences under review and return the matter to the trial court with instructions to permit the appellee to withdraw his guilty pleas and to thereafter proceed with the matter.
