This appeal arises from the decision on rehearing of the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court, which reversed and set aside a prior judgment for the appellant and dismissed the appellant's claim. The rehearing panel found that the opinion of the appellant's medical expert that it "appeared" the appellant's injury was work-related was insufficient as a matter of law to prove the necessary causal relationship between the injury...
