Michael A. Williams pled guilty to armed bank robbery and was sentenced to 240 months' imprisonment, 5 years' supervised release, and restitution of $13,000 to the victim of the robbery, Kansas City Fiberglass Credit Union. The sole question on appeal is whether the district court abused its discretion in ordering restitution when Williams had no money, no prospects, and faced 20 years...
