SNELL, Justice.

On this appeal we decide whether appellee, Michele Sierra, who was placed on forced medical leave from her job with Eagle Food Centers because she suffered from epileptic seizures, is eligible for unemployment benefits. An administrative law judge found Sierra unable to work and thus ineligible for unemployment compensation under Iowa law.
