Appellants, Dixie and Don Lund, appeal an adverse jury verdict in a trial in which the Lunds claimed the appellees, Dr. James McEnerney and Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialists, P.C., negligently injured Dixie Lund's ureter during an abdominal hysterectomy.
