KOEHLER, Justice.

A jury convicted Manuel Delgado Calderon, Appellant, of aggravated sexual assault of a child and subsequently assessed punishment at life imprisonment. In six points of error, Appellant seeks review of the trial court's judgment. In his first point of error, Appellant challenges the denial of submission of his requested lesser included offense.
