Memorandum:

Defendant contends that the search warrant was not supported by probable cause because it was based on insufficient and stale information contained in the application. We disagree. The affiant, a Monroe County Deputy Sheriff and a member of that Department's Drug Enforcement Task Force, did not merely repeat second hand information provided by a confidential informant....
