On December 20, 1991, a jury convicted Willard R. Thomas, age 42, of three counts of Child Molesting, a class D felony. Thomas was sentenced to three years on each count with the sentences to be served consecutively to each other and to any sentence that might be imposed by the State of Texas because Thomas violated terms of probation he was serving from a previous Texas conviction for Indecency with a Child.
