A jury found Jon B. McKillop guilty of harassment, AS 11.61.120(a)(4), for making anonymous telephone calls to the Anchorage Abused Women's Aid in Crisis (AWAIC) shelter. McKillop appeals his conviction, asserting that his conviction rests on illegally seized evidence, that the trial judge misinstructed the jury on the meaning of "anonymous", and that the harassment statute is unconstitutional.
