This is an interlocutory appeal from an order certifying a class action under rule 42 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. TEX. R.CIV.P. 42. Appellants complain that the trial court abused its discretion in certifying the plaintiff-class because it does not meet the requirements of rule 42.
