BANKS, Justice, for the Court:

Here we are asked to hold that a policy exclusion specifying that the policy would not provide liability coverage for "injury to or destruction of property ... rented to or in charge of the insured ..." applies only if the insured is actually driving the car. We apply the plain language of the exclusion and affirm the grant of summary judgment in favor of the insurer where the insured's sister accidentally collided with a company car...
