The plaintiff appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant, UAB Research Foundation ("UABRF"), on claims arising out of an alleged breach of a partnership agreement between UABRF and the plaintiff, Mims, Lyemance, & Reich, Inc. ("MLR). We affirm.
