SNELL, Justice.

In this interlocutory appeal, the State challenges a district court ruling requiring the State to disclose the identity of a confidential informant during discovery for a motion to suppress evidence. The appellees, Richard Robertson and Kevin and Tamara Cornwell, challenge the sufficiency of probable cause to issue search warrants. A confidential informant gave police officers information that Robertson and the Cornwells were engaged in drug trafficking...
