Carlund Corporation, a Minnesota corporation (Carlund), seeks this court's writ of prohibition to preclude enforcement of the order of the Honorable William F. Mauer, Judge, entered September 16, 1992, staying Carlund's affirmative claims in its pending lawsuit until Carlund demonstrates reinstatement of its authority to do business in Missouri. In January 1990, Carlund filed suit in two counts against several entities alleging that named defendants...
