PER CURIAM.

A jury found appellant guilty of driving while intoxicated, felony offense. Tex.Rev. Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 6701/-1 (West Supp. 1993). The district court assessed punishment, enhanced by two previous felony convictions, at imprisonment for thirty-four years.

In order to convict appellant of this offense, the court's charge required the jury to find that he had been finally convicted of driving while intoxicated...
