AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT

ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge.

The prior judgment of this court has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. 624 So.2d 576. On remand to this court, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and the cause remanded with instructions that the trial court enter a judgment for Cash in compliance with the supreme court's opinion of March 12, 1993.

REVERSED...
