Kenneth Wayne Gentile appeals a grant of summary judgment for the defendants, the Missouri Department of Corrections and others associated with it. The District Court held that there were no genuine issues of material fact and that the defendants were entitled to judgment as a matter of law under Rule 56(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
