Ralph Junior Reese was charged with possession of marijuana "for his personal use only after having been previously convicted of unlawful possession of marijuana... for his personal use only," § 13A-12-213, Ala.Code 1975; he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary.
