In this appeal we are asked to determine whether a short memorandum signed by the parties contains sufficient terms to constitute an enforceable contract for the sale of real estate. Laura M. Johnson ("Johnson") appeals from a judgment in favor of Betty Jean Sprague ("Sprague") on Sprague's complaint for breach of contract.
