We affirm the appellant's convictions and the trial court's declaration that McCarr qualified for sentencing as a habitual felony offender. We note, however, that due to a scrivener's error, the written sentences for counts II and III were recorded inaccurately. We remand for conformance of the written sentences to the oral pronouncement, i.e., fifteen years for escape (count III) and five years for possession...
