Appellant Richard Franklin Anderson and appellee Robin Annette Anderson (Prault) were divorced on March 14, 1991. Custody of the parties' minor child Tamara Anderson, born February 3, 1989, was awarded to the appellee. On May 27, 1992, the appellant filed a motion for change of custody alleging Tamara had been in the custody of Brenda Calva...
