The issues presented by this appeal arise out of a homeowner's insurance policy and an unfortunate fire. On 11 April 1990, David Wingler entered into a handwritten "Installment/Purchase Agreement" (hereafter "Agreement") to purchase a home in Wilkes County from Grace Wilson Prevette and Worth Prevette (hereafter "Prevette"). The terms of the Agreement were that David Wingler would pay at least $500 a month...
