On August 7, 1992, Robert C. Hudson, appellant, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, second offense, and running a red light. He was sentenced to six months in the Boone County Jail with all but ten days suspended, fined $550.00, his driver's license suspended one year, and he was required to attend eighteen Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
