This appeal concerns quantum and apportionment of fault from a personal injury case. The trial court found Janie Sandidge free from fault and awarded her $275,000, and awarded her passenger daughter, Cindy Adams, $25,000. The Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) brings this appeal contending the trial court erred in not apportioning fault against Ms. Sandidge and in awarding excessive damages. For reasons which follow, we affirm.
