In these cases consolidated on appeal, petitioner1 petitions for review from an order of the Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision (Board) denying his request for a parole consideration hearing. ORS 144.228(1)(c). He also appeals from a judgment dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We dismiss the petition for judicial review and affirm the judgment.
