A grand jury indicted Dolan Wells with conspiracy to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine, and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. In preparation of a bail hearing, Wells told government officials about an unrelated prior arrest for possession of methamphetamine emanating from a search after a traffic violation.
