Memorandum:

There is no merit to defendant's contentions that his conviction of operating a motor vehicle while in an impaired condition and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree was not supported by legally sufficient evidence or was against the weight of the evidence (see, People v Bleakley, 69 N.Y.2d 490, 495).
