Plaintiff, Leo Kontos, appeals the order of the circuit court dismissing his complaint against defendant, George Boudros. Plaintiff filed a two-count complaint charging defendant with a violation of the Structural Work Act (Ill.Rev.Stat.1991, ch. 48, par. 60 et seq.) and with negligence.
