This is a consolidated appeal by the prosecution pursuant to K.S.A. 22-3602(b)(1) from orders dismissing four informations charging unlawfully arranging sales or purchases of controlled substances using a communication facility (K.S.A. 65-4141). The district court dismissed the informations on two grounds:
