The defendant in this case, Soeung Chhunn, was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) and § 924(a)(2). On appeal, he argues that the handgun the police seized from his car was inadmissible at trial, because the police lacked a reasonable and articulable suspicion for stopping him.
