BAKER, Judge.
Are clauses in automobile insurance policies that exclude coverage for bodily injury to a spouse who resides in the same household as the insured, contrary to public policy? The trial court held that household exclusion clauses contravene public policy implicit in Indiana's current Guest Statute, IND. CODE 34-4-40-3, and former Financial Responsibility Law, IND. CODE 9-1-4-3.5.
