In this attorney disciplinary proceeding, the Grievance Commission recommended that Bruce G. Thomas be reprimanded and be supervised by his attorney for eighteen months. The commission recommended this sanction because of the way Thomas handled a personal injury suit in the district court and on appeal, and because he failed to respond to inquiries from the Committee on Professional Ethics and Conduct.
