Albert, was convicted of disorderly conduct (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1989, ch. 38, par. 26-1(a)(1)), sentenced to 20 days' incarceration, and ordered to pay a $250 fine, $200 for the cost of representation by the public defender, and court costs.
