This is an appeal from an order of the District Court1 holding the appellant, a lawyer, in criminal contempt of an order of the Bankruptcy Court.2 The appellant argues that the procedure followed was not authorized by Congress and was, in any event, beyond the power of the Bankruptcy Court under Article III of the Constitution. We reject these arguments and affirm.
