PER CURIAM.

Circuit/Chancery Judge Wiley Branton, Jr. of Little Rock, Second Congressional District, is appointed to the Board of Law Examiners to serve the remainder of the unexpired term of Webster Hubbell, Esq., who has resigned to accept a position in the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. The term will expire on September 30, 1994.
