This appeal arises out of an automobile accident in which the drivers of both vehicles, Cheryl Holcombe and Terry Arthur Van-Beber, died. Two passengers in Holcombe's vehicle, Donna Shepherd and Kay Snow, were also killed and a third passenger, Kelli Shawn Wheeler, was permanently injured. The appeal and cross appeal center upon the appropriate amount of underinsured benefits to be paid by the appellee, State Auto Property and Casualty Insurance Company...
