Defendant Arthur R. Rizzuto appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of two felony counts of assault in the second degree in violation of § 565.060.1(4), RSMo 1986. Rizzuto was sentenced to three and one half years for each count and the sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
