DUDLEY, Justice.
Appellant was convicted of driving while under the influence of intoxicants. On appeal he argues that the trial court erred in refusing to grant his motion to suppress the evidence of his blood-alcohol level because the arresting officer did not meet the standards for training set by the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. The court of appeals certified the case to this court. We affirm the judgment of conviction.
