Defendant Louis Isirov pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. The written plea agreement specified that "[t]he amount of cocaine involved in the conspiracy was five or more kilograms."
